Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled SEO & CRM Manager to lead our organic growth and CRM infrastructure initiatives across global markets. This role combines deep expertise in SEO/AEO (80% focus) with technical CRM management (20% focus), driving visibility, traffic, and user engagement across Brazil, LATAM, and Europe.
Location: SP or BH (3x in office per week)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global SEO/AEO roadmap aligned with business objectives across BR, LATAM, and Europe
- Manage the external AEO agency partnership, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and optimization
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits across all Hotmart properties (blog, landing pages, product pages) to identify and resolve crawling, indexing, and site architecture issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and implement technical SEO improvements
- Monitor Google Search Console, Semrush, and analytics for technical issues and opportunities
- Develop content strategies based on keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with PR team to develop SEO-optimized content that earns media coverage and backlinks
- Configure and optimize the Insider CRM platform for campaign deployment across business units
- Set up audience segmentation, triggers, automation workflows, and technical integrations
- Ensure proper data flow between systems (website, analytics, CRM) for effective targeting
- Implement tracking and attribution to measure campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to define and scale a global SEO strategy that drives measurable business impact, across multi-market environments
- Deep technical SEO expertise, including crawling/indexing, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, international SEO best practices, AEO and GEO
- Strong experience translating insights into clear roadmaps and partnering with Engineering, Product, and Content to execute high-impact improvements
- Demonstrated ability to build data-driven content strategies aligned with search intent and conversion outcomes
- Solid working knowledge of CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing fundamentals (segmentation, automation, tracking, and attribution)
- Experience with SEO/AEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Profound, Google Analytics, etc
