Location & Remote Work for technology and remote-first roles
Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.
Location & Hybrid Work Model for hybrid positions
Our Marketing team follows a “hybrid” model, requiring in-person attendance at our office located in São Paulo, 3 times per month.

About the Team
QuintoAndar is the leading brand in the Brazilian real estate market. With only 12 years of operation, it has become the top of mind and most recognized brand in its category and the preferred choice in the cities where it operates.
We face the challenge of communicating with diverse audiences (e.g., B2C and B2B) and different segments (e.g., Rentals and Sales), while balancing various business strategies and products by combining the best of housing and technology.
QuintoAndar’s Marketing team is responsible for building and strengthening the top of mind brand in real estate in Brazil. Our structure operates largely in-house, with brand, creative development, and execution done internally.
The Creative team leads the development of the company’s most important brand initiatives, from large-scale campaigns to brand activations, PR stunts, and special brand projects.
The team works closely with Brand Strategy, Media, PR, Production, Design, and Operations to ensure that creative ideas translate into impactful brand experiences and meaningful business outcomes.
