Location & Remote Work

Our team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces.

About the area:

The Voice of the Customer (VoC) area should be a key piece of this commitment, acting as the primary source of customer insights that fuel our most critical endeavors. These insights should not be just data points; they are the narrative of our customers' experiences, directly shaping our strategic roadmap, guiding our prioritization process for new features and services, and providing the foundational blueprints for project design. Furthermore, on a daily basis, VoC analytics are integral to our operational performance discussions, ensuring that every team is aligned with and responsive to the real-time needs and feedback of our users.

The Senior Manager of Voice of Customer will be the leader of this pivotal area, reporting directly to the Director and taking full ownership of the team's strategy and execution. This role is responsible for ensuring that the pulse of the customer is not only heard but also deeply understood and acted upon across the entire organization. You will be the primary advocate for the customer in leadership forums, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive tangible improvements to the customer experience and foster long-term loyalty. Your leadership will be crucial in maturing our VoC program, expanding its influence, and solidifying its position as a strategic partner to all business units.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a small, high-impact team of senior specialists who are at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence to process and analyze a massive and diverse dataset of customer interactions. Your team is empowered to move beyond traditional survey metrics, diving deep into unstructured feedback from various channels to uncover latent needs and emerging trends. The challenge—and the excitement—of this role lies in your ability to guide and mentor this talented team, harnessing the power of AI to transform vast amounts of customer data into the compelling, strategic insights that will propel our company forward and ensure we continue to set the standard for customer delight in the industry.
