Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product marketing, and customer success teams to align enablement initiatives.
- Build and maintain comprehensive sales onboarding materials, enablement materials.
- Deliver both live and virtual onboarding and training programs for the global sales team.
- Own the outcomes of training programs, continuously measuring and evolving their effectiveness.
- Report directly to the Director of Global Enablement.
- Build a trusted relationship with sales reps.
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, strong preference from an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in building sales enablement programs.
- 1+ years in management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven ability to lead both people and projects, driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems.
- Proficient in capturing complex concepts and distilling them into actionable enablement materials.
- Strong understanding of different sales methodologies.
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, and AI data applications.
- Experience delivering full-day training sessions to groups of 10+ learners.
- Skilled in designing and implementing training programs for complex sales cycles.
- Culturally aligned with Tractian’s strong work ethic, growth mindset, and values.
- Strong preference for candidates based in the São Paulo area to collaborate in person with sales team members during office visits.
