As the Head of Gaming, Brazil, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our gaming portfolio across Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo and will be responsible for the financial performance of gaming operations in the region, executing the strategy set by the CPO and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy, while maximising player engagement and revenue growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in the iGaming industry who possesses strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of what makes an exceptional localised Gaming Product.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive gaming strategy tailored to the Brazilian market, collaborating closely with the central Product team. This strategy will aim to achieve set financial targets for Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo in each market.
Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the delivery of product and content roadmaps in the region. You will leverage customer and data insights to inform strategies, working with marketing and CRM teams to ensure their approaches align with key product initiatives. Additionally, you will build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
