We are seeking a Head of Global Partnerships to architect, lead, and scale Jeeves' partner ecosystem across our most strategic regions: North America, Latin America (focused on BR, MX, & CO), and EMEA. Reporting directly to the CRO, this leader will own the full partnerships vision — from setting the global framework to closing the deals that matter most.
This is a role for a builder who thinks in ecosystems, not channels. The best partnerships leaders we've seen don't specialize in one type of partner — they've built playbooks for many: stablecoin and crypto networks, banks and financial institutions, brokers, technology platforms, advisory firms, accounting networks, marketplaces, VC/PE ecosystems, embedded finance players, and models we haven't thought of yet. If you've spent your career building one kind of channel, this isn't the right seat. If you've built several — and you understand how they reinforce each other — we want to talk.
You will strengthen our existing broker-driven channels in high-growth markets like Brazil and Mexico while simultaneously pioneering new distribution models across every partnership category relevant to a global fintech. You'll operate as both strategic architect and hands-on dealmaker: setting the long-term vision for a high-impact channel ecosystem responsible for driving a sizable portion of Jeeves revenue, building a world-class partner portfolio, and ensuring successful execution at every stage of the partnership lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Define & Scale a Multi-Dimensional Partnerships Strategy
Establish the vision, framework, and goals for Jeeves' partner ecosystem — not as a single channel program, but as a true multi-type ecosystem spanning brokers, banks, technology integrations, stablecoin and crypto networks, accounting firms, advisory partnerships, marketplaces, VC/PE relationships, embedded finance players, and beyond. The right candidate will see white space where others see a complete program. - Expand Broker & Channel Performance
Strengthen and optimize our existing broker channels while creating scalable playbooks for replication across multiple regions and partnership types. - Pioneer New Partnership Categories
Identify and build net-new categories of partnerships that don't yet exist at Jeeves. The best ideas here may be ones we haven't listed — and we want someone who brings their own perspective on where the highest-leverage opportunities are. - Lead End-to-End Partner Lifecycle
Drive the entire partnership cycle: sourcing, negotiation, deal structuring, onboarding, activation, and performance management across all partner types and geographies. - Influence & Inspire Internally
Act as the internal champion for partner-led growth, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal to maximize partner impact and embed the partner motion into how Jeeves scales. - Globalize Best Practices
Establish metrics, incentives, processes, and playbooks that can scale partnerships across multiple regions and partner categories while aligning to Jeeves' global growth agenda.
What We’re Looking For:
- Multi-Type Channel Builder (Required)
You've built more than one kind of partnership program from scratch. We're specifically looking for leaders who have developed genuine expertise across multiple partner categories — think: technology partnerships and financial institution relationships and advisory or broker ecosystems. A career spent optimizing a single channel type is not the right background for this role. - 10+ Years in Partnerships or BD
Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services with a track record of designing and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple regions. International experience required, with deep exposure to North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA. - Commercial Acumen
Exceptional deal-making, negotiation, and execution skills with a strong record of closing high-impact partnerships across diverse partner profiles. - Cross-Cultural Expertise
Ability to navigate diverse partner ecosystems across geographies; familiarity with Brazil and LatAm markets is a strong plus. - Languages
Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish strongly preferred. Additional languages advantageous. - Strategic Vision + Operational Excellence
Ability to balance global strategy-setting with hands-on execution — you've set the vision and you've also done the work. - Leadership
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing international partnerships teams.
Partnerships are a cornerstone of Jeeves' growth strategy worldwide — and we're at an inflection point where the quality of our ecosystem will define how fast we can scale. As Head of Global Partnerships, you won't just manage existing channels. You'll design the architecture of how Jeeves grows through partners across an increasingly complex and opportunity-rich landscape: from traditional brokers to stablecoin networks to embedded finance to models we're still discovering.
