Key Responsabilities  Translate product and platform needs into scalable network designs Drive “automate‑everything” with the dev team—internal tools & customer‑facing APIs Refine backbone strategy and negotiate technical + commercial deals with carriers, IXs, and data‑centers Oversee NetOps (15 people / 3 shifts) for flawless 24×7 operations and fast incident response Back Sales in pre‑sales: craft network solutions and field complex questions Define KPIs, run continuous‑improvement loops, and report results to leadership Skills and Qualifications Proven leadership of global, automated network teams Expertise in routing, connectivity, security, and network automation Sharp communicator who can set priorities and close deals with multiple stakeholders Product mindset: balance business impact with technical rigor Passion for innovation and building high‑performance teams English Hybrid: 4 days in office What do we offer?
