Head of Software Engineering (start-up early stage)

Our global presence guarantees protection in communications on unofficial channels, such as WhatsApp and iMessage.

COMPENSATION

• USD 7-10K/month + equity (to be discussed)

ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Managing technology budgets and resource allocation
• Deep (hands-on) experience and understanding of various programming languages, especially TYPESCRIPT
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate technical teams toward achieving common goals
• Analyze complex technical issues systematically and devise effective solutions
• Previous experience in the start-up industry
• Fluent English (C1)
