Support HR Projects and Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of HR programs, tools, and initiatives (e.g., engagement surveys, policy updates, system enhancements), including those involving digital transformation, document automation, or AI-driven process improvements. Drive Continuous Improvement and Adaptability - Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline, automate, or augment HR processes using modern tools, including AI and automation platforms, while adapting to evolving technologies and business needs. Collaborate on Cross-Functional Projects - Partner with teams across departments such as Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on improving the employee experience through smarter workflows, shared systems, and automated solutions. Manage Conflicting Priorities in a Dynamic Environment - Effectively balance multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities—ranging from routine to urgent—while maintaining a high standard of service, responsiveness, and attention to detail, often using workflow tools or automation to manage task loads. Adapt to Evolving Needs - Perform additional HR-related duties as required to support team objectives and organizational priorities, recognizing that responsibilities may evolve over time—especially as technologies such as AI continue to shape the way HR services are delivered. 2-4 years of experience in a high-performing HR support, operations, or advisory role, ideally within a shared services or fast-paced corporate environment. Strong working knowledge of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave, benefits, and payroll, with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook), with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with attention to detail, service focus, and a high degree of accountability. Proven track record of applying HR policy, process, and system knowledge to resolve issues and deliver solutions with care, speed, and accuracy. Experience contributing to or supporting HR projects and process improvements, with a mindset focused on efficiency, automation, and adaptability. Ability to work collaboratively across departments (e.g., IT, Payroll, Finance) to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure a consistent employee experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, including employees, managers, and leadership. Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity or evolving priorities, with the flexibility to shift focus as needed. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A nice to have - Experience or interest in using AI tools or HR automation platforms (e.g., chatbots, document automation, workflow engines) to improve service delivery and employee experience.
