HR Manager

As HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce operations, ensuring a streamlined, effective HR management system that supports our dynamic team's growth and well-being. The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees, ensuring all documents, schedules, and initial communications are handled seamlessly.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance and promptly address any discrepancies or concerns.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess employee well-being and promptly address any issues or challenges.
• Oversee payroll activities, ensuring accuracy in timesheets, processing PTO and overtime requests, and resolving any payroll disputes.
• Lead investigations into any incidents, creating detailed reports and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain impeccable records and communication flows, including preparing and distributing HR announcements and handling document requests.
