Join our Human Resources team
Our Human Resources Team provides HR guidance & support for the client group Leaders and Managers on organizational, talent and culture related matters, as well as work on talent identification and development, skills & capability planning and promotion of Diversity & Inclusion as a fundamental element of our culture and key element of the corporate responsibility.
Partner with the best
As HR Specialist you will provide HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Act as the HR Specialist of record for a client group. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of larger unit.
As HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
·Acting as first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. Operating in the HR Partnership Model.
·Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances/ management needs. Process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
·Developing effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
·Providing services to the function or directly to the business.
·Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
·Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
·Show solid experience in Employee Human Resource Management;
·Demonstrate excellent leadership ability;
·Demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and be able to influence across different teams;
·Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills;
·Be able to communicate fluently both in English and Portuguese.
