Position Overview

The Implementation Manager has as a key responsibility making sure the campaigns implementations across several business units within a key large client are consistent, timely and offer operational excellence. This person will be responsible for following key processes to guarantee that all campaigns follow the best practices and are able to deliver key results. This person will be required to work across teams and units

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, from approval to delivery of post mortem, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and adherence to budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every project phase.
• Innovation: Support the integration of emerging technologies and methodologies, driving the evolution and enhancement of retail media solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and implement best practices for efficient project delivery and solution development.
• Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, ensuring all solutions are viable, efficient, and effective. Identify and communicate red flags.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to align strategies, share insights, and direct holistic success for clients.

Qualification - Required Skills

• Experience working in a leading media agency, with a deep understanding of agency dynamics, client management, and media planning/buying processes
• Comprehensive understanding of the retail media landscape, its challenges, and opportunities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
• High level of comfort presenting to executive teams and internal team members
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, etc.)
• Ability to tackle complex challenges, offering innovative solutions that address both immediate and long-term organizational needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the aptitude to learn rapidly and pivot strategies when required.
• Kinesso does not require candidates to have a college degree
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology and data-focused solutions.
• Fluency in English or Spanish.
