Inbound Sales Supervisor Latam

Position: Inbound Marketing Supervisor (Precision Farming)

Location: Belo Horizonte - MG 

Join our Precision Farming team to drive inbound demand generation across LATAM. In this role, you will lead a team and work closely with commercial and marketing stakeholders to create and optimize digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales traction for software and service solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead inbound marketing strategy to generate qualified leads (MQL → SQL) for LATAM


• Manage and develop a team of digital marketing, social media, desing, activation and performance


• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns, ensuring strong sales storytelling


• Optimize website, SEO, paid and organic media to increase engagement and conversion


• Implement lead scoring and improve pipeline conversion with CRM tools (e.g., RD Station, Pipedrive)


• Align with business teams and negotiate investments/events with central marketing and stakeholders

You bring

• Solid experience in inbound marketing and lead generation in B2B environments


• Strong knowledge of lead scoring, MQL/SQL conversion, SEO, website, and performance campaigns


• Hands-on experience with tools such as RD Station, Pipedrive, Asana (or similar platforms)


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge marketing and sales teams


• Proven people leadership experience (leading teams and managing performance)


• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus); availability to travel and drive to rural locations
