Trina Tracker is Trina Solar division devoted to the design, manufacture, and supply of trackers and fix tilt. We are currently looking for a International Logistics Supervisor to support the factory in Brazil. The Supervisor play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of international logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customs policies, managing import and export processes, and optimizing efficiency in logistics management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Logistics operations: Familiar with the operation process of international logistics import and export, maintain good communication with shippers, shipping companies, customs clearance agents, track the progress of logistics, solve the abnormalities occurring in the process, to ensure that the goods are delivered in a timely manner customs clearance.
- Customs Policy Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of customs policies across various regions of Brazil, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations and changes.
- HS Classification Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery in HS classification, particularly in Chapters 73, 84, and 85, for accurate classification essential for smooth import processes.
- Import License Application: Navigate diverse import license applications required by Brazilian customs efficiently to secure necessary licenses.
- Effective Communication: Build positive relationships with customs officials to streamline customs clearance processes.
- Latin American Customs Expertise: Stay well-informed about customs policies in Latin American countries to navigate diverse international trade scenarios effectively.
- Import Process Insight: Have a deep understanding of maritime and air import processes, including associated costs, and proficiently calculate expenses in advance.
- Tax Benefit Awareness: Stay current with existing tax benefits offered at ports and airports to maximize costsaving opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain an open and optimistic attitude while collaborating with the broader logistics team, providing efficient and innovative proposals to enhance overall efficiency.
