Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Analyst (2PM to 10PM)

We are looking for " Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Analyst " to join our Warehouse team in Brazil.

Responsabilities:

• Ensure that operational and safety procedures are complied with;
• Evaluating employee productivity and taking action when necessary to guarantee it, as well as publishing the results periodically;
• Ensuring that 5S standards are maintained in the operational and administrative environment;
• Reporting accidents and incidents in accordance with the safety process, carrying out investigations when necessary;
• Monitoring inventory accuracy on a weekly basis using the ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;
• Train, develop and motivate the team in all functions, seeking to ensure that employees are multifunctional;
• Participating in and leading various projects in the operations area and other áreas;
• Interacting with support áreas; Disclosure to the team and monitoring of the company's key figures (KPIs).

Job Requirements:

• Completed bachelor degree or ongoing status in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar;
• Experience in managing Distribution Centers and in Inventory and Quality operational routines;
• Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban and management of products controlled by Anvisa is desirable;
• Availability to work in Guarulhos , in the state of São Paulo;
• Availability to work shifts, specifically from 2 p.m to 10 p.m
