The British College of Brazil (BCB) is one of the leading international schools in Sao Paulo, the biggest and one of the most important cities in Brazil, offering contemporary British international education to students from Pre-Nursery through to Secondary, teaching ages 2 to 17 bilingually in English and Portuguese. Founded in 2011 BCB is a private IB day school and has established itself as the school of choice for international families and internationally minded Brazilian families within Sao Paulo.

Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and systems)
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and mobile devices
Support user account administration (creation, modification, and access removal)
Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets in line with defined SLAs
Assist with basic network support and connectivity troubleshooting
Support system updates, software installations, and equipment maintenance
Follow IT security policies and best practices
Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors when required
Degree in IT, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)
Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and end-user support
Good organizational and communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience or internship in IT support (desirable)
Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., Service Desk systems)
Awareness of information security principles
