This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo (work model: in person). There will be a need for travel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the survey and deep understanding of the needs of Commercial and Marketing areas, supporting users to prioritize and formalize their requirements properly;
• Know business processes and support business areas in the search and implementation of technological solutions
• Establish the internal requirement of your user and make a high-level estimate in a worktable with the Architecture Committee and then meet with Sponsor and key users to prioritize the estimated requirements;
• Coordinate Technical Working Groups (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Operational Continuity) to present the requirement(s) so that each area includes its necessities and SLAs;
• Review, together with the Architecture Committee the list of suppliers that apply to initiate the RFP (request for proposal) process, answering the suppliers' doubts and relying on the participants in the proposal preparation process;
• Accountable for budgeting all associated development/service costs, recurring expenses and validating them with the accounting area and managing the proper development of business cases for your users to justify the cost of the solution; In addition, review and validate the comparative proposals;
• Accountable for coordinating meetings with Procurement to deliver proposals, providing project information and agreeing SLAs for contract signatures;
• Manage meetings with suppliers, key users and PMO team to prepare the Kickoff of the project and perform continuous monitoring of the proper implementation of their projects.
• Understand in detail the scope of the projects to be implemented and, based on technological knowledge, defend and question the implementing supplier when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, execution or related career;
• Fluent English;
• Formal knowledge and experience in project management;
• Knowledge of Salesforce (exclusive) and Marketing Cloud (desirable);
• Knowledge of commercial business process;
• Availability for international travel;
• Competences: analytical thinking, innovation and continuous improvement, customer focus, leadership, communication and influence.
