Stability Fragrance Analyst Sr, your new opportunity?

As a Stability Fragrance Analyst Sr you will study the stability and chemical interactions of fragrance formulations alone and within product bases. Investigate causes of technical issues and design and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Creation & Development, Sales teams, and external customers by applying broad technical knowledge.


• Evaluate stability samples for olfactive and physico-chemical characteristics.


• Resolve technical problems related to fragrance–product base interactions.


• Design and perform tests to solve issues affecting fragrance and product base performance.


• Conduct physico-chemical measurements (e.g., pH, density, viscosity) and consolidate results.


• Review fragrance compositions to detect deviations or predict potential stability changes.


• Prepare and deliver technical updates and reports for internal stakeholders and customers.


• Oversee and mentor junior technicians, trainees, and other team members.


• Prepare fragrance applications in multiple product bases according to creation and development needs, ensuring consistency and quality.


• Conduct technical visits and provide training sessions on stability principles and best practices for customers.

You?

• Degree or higher education qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Perfumery, or a related scientific field


• Minimum 4–6 years of laboratory experience in a relevant field.


• Experience with laboratory techniques as applied to perfumery.


• Proficiency in English.


• We consider Spanish an asset.


• Solid knowledge of laboratory applications across categories (Fabric, Personal, and Home Care).


• Familiarity with good laboratory practices and safe chemical handling.


• Technical expertise in chemistry, fragrances, and perfumery raw materials.


• Olfactory knowledge of fragrance raw materials and stability evaluation.
