We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior CRM Specialist to join our growing CRM & Loyalty team. The primary focus of this role will be on casino campaigns, while the secondary focus will be our sportsbook campaigns. You'll play a key part in supporting the execution, QA, and monitoring of customer campaigns across casino and sports. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's passionate about CRM and is eager to learn, and ready to grow in the exciting world of iGaming.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app and other channels.
- Conduct detailed QA on campaigns to ensure accuracy in audience targeting, content, links and more.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Design, BI, Product) to ensure campaigns are executed to high standards.
- Validate localized content and support language QA processes where applicable.
- Participate in regular testing and training of CRM and loyalty tools/platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist Customer Experience in any queries around CRM and Loyalty.
- Stay informed on CRM, retention, and loyalty trends in the iGaming industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of email marketing & customer segmentation is considered a plus.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for QA and reporting.
- Familiarity with Smartico is considered an advantage.
