We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Analyst to join our dynamic HR team, someone who is passionate about human resources and data-driven decision-making.

As a Junior HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by analyzing data, generating reports, and assisting in the development of key HR strategies. This entry-level position is perfect for an individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to our diverse team while gaining valuable experience across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights on workforce metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment efficiency.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute regular HR reports and dashboards for management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • HR Systems Management: Assist in maintaining HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Support HR Projects: Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives, such as engagement surveys, talent acquisition strategies, and training programs.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an HR role; internships are also considered valuable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with HRIS or data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the HR field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law is an asset.
