The Junior Sportsbook Executive will be responsible for assisting in the planning and daily co-ordination of the Sportsbook proposition in Brazil, ensuring the delivery of a competitive and innovative online Sportsbook offering.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a native Brazilian speaker with English at a business proficiency level;
- An active interest in sports;
- A successful track record in dealing with the betting activities in an online betting and gaming environment
- Be proactive, energetic, self-motivated and passionate about being the best in the market;
- Data-driven with an analytical mind which will influence and shape business activities;
- Must have a collaborative approach to working with colleagues;
- Attention to detail
- Available to work on afternoon/night shifts and weekends
- Available to work on office in São Paulo
- Good Excel skills
What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing and identifying Sport trends;
- Overseeing and optimizing the Sportsbook performance through content management and optimization;
- Providing relevant translations;
- Creating and maintaining guideline documents (eg. Sporting calendar);
- Competitive analysis and insight on an ongoing basis for the Brazilian market;
- Supporting ongoing initiatives for the online business;
- Assist in the analysis and reporting of Sportsbook performance to support strategic decision-making and planning within the business;
- Investigate and propose ways to work more efficiently and implement new ideas.
