🚀 Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Support Analyst to join our Private Wealth Management (PWM) team. This role will provide operational support for daily routines, assist with offshore investments, and support both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will help improve existing workflows through automation and process organization, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the PWM area.

🔍 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Basic understanding of operational processes and offshore investments.


• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Programming skills in Python or other scripting languages to support automation initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational processes within the PWM area, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.


• Assist with offshore investment operations and related client support activities.


• Provide timely and effective support to internal teams (financial advisors, bankers) and external clients.


• Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes through automation and better organization.


• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.


• Maintain accurate documentation and records of operational activities.


• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
