Job Description

  • The B2B Regional Verticals' Business Developer is responsible for driving business development and growth across selected verticals (verticals to be defined) within Latin America.
  • This role involves leading the business development efforts across seven subsidiaries, developing strategies to penetrate and expand in key vertical markets, and managing the entire portfolio of Samsung B2B products and solutions.
  • The position requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and effective team leadership to achieve business objectives

Roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted business development strategies for the selected vertical markets;
  • Coordinate the flow of information of the targeted customers for the selected verticals and qualify leads to expedite execution in all the subsidiaries;
  • Provide functional leadership and direction to business development teams across seven subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate goals;
  • Co-work with BI thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze the competitive landscape within each vertical.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in each vertical, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify the targeted key customers for the selected verticals and develop regional pan-accounts.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, and guide subsidiaries in effectively “translating” Samsung’s value proposition to meet the specific needs of each vertical market.
  • Set performance goals, monitor business development activities, and track progress against objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership on business development performance and market conditions.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, market intelligence, product development and customer support teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts towards business growth.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a solid experience in the B2B vertical market with a strong Hunter performance;
  • Completed Bachelor's degree;
  • Fluent English level is required
