Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced engineering leader to join our team and lead the development of software solutions with both front-end and back-end components. Your team will be responsible for delivering products that support internal operations and drive our market-facing initiatives. You’ll be part of an international environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape and evolve our platform and digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Own the architecture and development of full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and high system reliability.
• Design and implement scalable backend services leveraging AWS services.
• Drive best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and system architecture.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (DocumentDB, Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• A strong advocate for clean code, tests, scalability, and performance optimization.
