Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineering to join our fast-growing start-up team.

If you have worked in a SaaS Startup developing Web App as a full-stack software engineer, using Vue/React as front-end tools and python framework as backend (flask) you are likely a good fit! Your work will be focused on our main product: a Self-service Analytics Plataform for the Healthcare industry powered with LLM!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology , computer science, Software or data engineering, big data analytics or related fields (Math, Physics, Engineering).
• Proficiency in Vue or React, Javascript, Python, postgreSQL, and related frameworks
• At least 8 year of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack web development
• At least 6 year of experience with Vue or React
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of best practices of software development (SOLID, CLEAN CODE)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills and appreciate good software documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
