Descrição do Emprego - Learning & Development Specialist (Associate/Pleno level)



 


We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to join our global L&D team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and delivering impactful onboarding learning experiences that help new employees thrive from day one.


You’ll bring together instructional design expertise, project coordination skills, and technical know-how in learning platforms to shape and scale onboarding programs across regions. Working closely with subject matter experts, onboarding and L&D team, you'll ensure that our onboarding content is engaging, consistent, and continuously improving.



Job responsibilities




  •  Design & Develop Engaging Learning Content:

    • Create and update onboarding materials that are relevant, accessible, and aligned with learner needs.

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design structured learning paths and training modules.

    • Adapt and refine existing content to maintain consistency and efficiency.

    • Apply basic visual and multimedia design skills to enhance learning experiences.

    • Use tools like eLearning authoring platforms and video editing software to produce high-quality content.



  • Manage Learning Platform Setup & Maintenance:

    • Own the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of onboarding programs in the learning platform.

    • Structure and manage learning journeys to ensure an intuitive, engaging user experience.

    • Serve as the go-to expert for platform-related updates, troubleshooting, and reporting.

    • Set up accurate learner records and ensure data integrity across all programs.



  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with relevant teams to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

    • Monitor and enhance the user experience across the LMS platform, including evaluating usability, clarity, and ease of access to learning content.

    • Regularly audit and update learning content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

    • Support the organization and structure of LMS components—such as landing pages, menus, channels, and navigation—to ensure they are intuitive and user-focused.

    • Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and suggest improvements that enhance the overall learning experience.

    • Implement and maintain clear standards for content organization and navigation to support a seamless learning journey.




 


 



Job qualifications



Technical Skills




  • Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong emphasis on onboarding and early-career programs.

  • Proven skills in instructional design and content development, with a learner-centered approach.

  • Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), especially Docebo, including content organization, user experience, gamification and platform administration.

  • Hands-on experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Elucidat) and basic video editing software.

  • Understanding of learning analytics, performance measurement, and incorporating feedback into continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools for collaboration.

  • Comfortable working in distributed, global teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across time zones.

  • Comfortable working in environments that are culturally diverse, fast-paced and always changing.

  • A results-driven mindset, with a balance of initiative, teamwork, and accountability.

  • Resilient. Can accept feedback and admit when you’ve made a mistake.
