Legal Counsel is responsible for reviews, negotiations and drafting of contracts describing lease, services provided by various suppliers, confidentiality, software usage, live casino agreements, data processing, employment relations and others. The position also manages renewal or extension agreements including negotiation timetable; provides legal guidance to other departments, e.g. HR, Procurement, Tax, Commercial, Due Diligence, Intellectual property, IT, Real Estate; ensures that the company operations are compliant with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations; advises on disputes or claims, including negotiation, settlement, or litigation strategies. The Legal Counsel presents legal issues internally, including analyses and recommendations and cooperates with and monitors external legal counsel when necessary.

• At least 5 years of experience as a corporate or commercial lawyer;
• Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law; 
• Knowledge of real estate, employment and data protection law is considered an asset;
• Experience in drafting contracts;
• Very good command of English;
• Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams;
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions.
