How you´ll help us:

As a Logistic Engineer

• Role Overview: The Logistics Engineer will oversee and coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. This role demands strong communication skills and proactive collaboration with our Service and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in navigating LATAM logistics.Handle general inquires for technical support and after sales related activities.
• Coordinate International & Domestic Shipments: Arrange and monitor shipments from suppliers to customers, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local requirements across LATAM countries.
• Customs & Compliance:
• Manage import/export documentation, liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders, and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Inventory & Order Management:Track inventory levels, process orders, and work closely with the warehouse team to optimize inventory flow and delivery timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication:Act as the main logistics point of contact for Service and Sales teams, providing shipment updates and solutions to logistics challenges.
• Carrier & Vendor Management:
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with logistics providers and evaluate their performance.
• Problem Solving:
• Address logistics issues, such as delays or damages, promptly and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.•Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
• Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Your background and skills:

• Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Business fluent in Portugese and English.
• In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements etc.
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage
