Working Environment and Location

• This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 2 days per week.

Purpose and Scope

The position is responsible for driving end-user adoption, engagement, and effective utilization of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization. This role focuses on empowering employees to leverage the full capabilities of Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity, collaboration, and digital workplace transformation. The position works closely with business stakeholders, advisory groups, IT teams, and change management partners to ensure successful adoption strategies and measurable business outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Adoption Strategy & Execution

  • Design, develop and implement a comprehensive Microsoft 365 roadmap, adoption and change management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  
  
  • Define success metrics and track adoption progress using analytics and reporting tools.
  
  
  
  

• End-User Engagement & Enablement

  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and communication campaigns to educate employees on Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  
  
  • Identify and create user-friendly resources, guides, and self-service materials to support ongoing learning.
  
  
  
  

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• 
  
  
  
  • Partner with business units to identify use cases and champion best practices for Microsoft 365 tools.
  
  
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business advisory groups to ensure user needs are addressed while ensuring compliant use of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  
  
  
  

• Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor user feedback and adoption trends to refine strategies and improve user experience.
  
  
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend new features to enhance productivity.
  
  
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 5+ years of digital workplace solutions, end-user adoption, or change management.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).


• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Cross-cultural project management and communication experience.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.


• Experience with agile delivery practices.


• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, etc.)
