Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise people, resources and materials for all maintenance, monitor preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, improvements in maintenance processes and management of maintenance costs.
• Improvements in machine efficiency and downtime, optimization of maintenance costs, and improvement of MTBF and MTTR.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for all machines throughout the year.
• Support the team with complex problems on critical machines.
• Coordinate scheduling machine shutdowns to prevent and resolve pending issues on critical machines.
• Support in monitoring the month's main and most costly failures and generate action plans. (Maintenance).
• Provide support for pending issues and defects identified by the team or another department.
• Application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) focus on Planned Maintenance.
• Prepare performance and maintenance reports.
• Support the annual criticality analysis of machines.

• University degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Professional experience in industry.
• Experience in the roll-out of standards and/or strategic projects.
• Leadership position, preferably in a technical team with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals.
• Experience in working with international teams on production topics and understanding of foreign cultures is a differential.
• English Advanced.
