Your role

The Manufacturing Manager plays a leading role, under their responsibility, which is to make resource use flexible and maximize it, so that their efficiency enables the achievement of excellence levels.

• Develop people, processes, and controls to ensure high performance in manufacturing, considering product quality, delivery performance, and information flow 


• Promote a safe and organized work environment, offering the best health and safety conditions for the team’s performance


• Continuously seek innovations that add value to the organization, modernizing operations processes


• Ensure that department costs are absorbed by production volumes (positive labor & process overhead)


• Promote Manufacturing synergy with the needs of new product development teams (PTM)


• Actively participate with Product Managers in developing feasibility studies for new products


• Act as a promoter of the procedures that support our quality, environmental, health, and safety certifications


• Achieve the best balance between delivery efficiency and efficient inventory management


• Maintain good communication with customers and partners, seeking customer satisfaction by meeting delivery, quality, and best product cost


• Focus on team development, promoting knowledge improvement and fulfillment of the mission

To succeed, you will need

• Completed higher education in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration


• Knowledge of energy efficiency, particularly related to reducing electricity consumption in daily activities


• Production management and lean manufacturing


• Supply chain management, including transportation, handling, and storage


• Knowledge of foreign trade is desirable


• Solid experience in people management


• Advanced English

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to organize your week with both remote and on-site work at Product
Company.

Location
The role is based in Alphaville – Barueri/SP, with a planned relocation to Sorocaba/SP in 2027.
