Job Description:

  • Lead the maximization of the portfolio through the definition of price & reimbursement strategies both in the public and private market.
  • Analyze market access trends/changes in health policies. Continuous mapping of reimbursement and financing policies for health technologies in the private and public markets in Brazil
  • Anticipate and identify market access barriers at local levels to reimburse new health technologies.
  • Develop and prepare the market access strategy for new technologies, mapping requirements and local reimbursement policies.
  • Understand specifics needs from payers and health care Institutions, identifying solutions for the parties' mutual benefit.
  • Differentiate the products by aligning Johnson & Johnson's value proposition and local market experience with payer and institutional needs, protecting the innovation's value and providing robust data and tools to support them in adopting the technology our technology.
  • Works in close collaboration with the regional and global teams to define Johnson & Johnson's pricing and reimbursement strategy according to the local regulatory policies described by the health authorities.

  • Demonstrated leadership results both with or without direct report authority required. Experience leading and managing in a matrix environment required.

  • Functional attributes: Planning & organization; the following from the Market Access Competencies: Value proposition, Access Models, Evidence GAP Analysis, Evidence Generation & Analytics, and Smart Consumer of the evidence.
  • Foster collaboration, alignment, and seamless working across multiple teams like commercial and Medical Affairs functions.
