You will play a key role in advancing reimbursement and market access, partnering with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D and Global Market Access teams.

What You Will Do

• Execute reimbursement strategies across public and private healthcare sectors.
• Develop payer insights and contribute to evidence-generation and reimbursement plans.
• Support pricing strategies and successful product launches.
• Translate provider and payer needs into actionable market strategies.
• Collaborate and influence across a matrix organization, including global stakeholders.
• Represent the business in relevant industry and medical associations.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience, ideally including Market Access.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, healthcare policy and compliance.
• Experience supporting product launches and formulary access.
• Collaborative, influential and energized by hands-on work and building new approaches.
