David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dealing operations and managing the risk associated with trading activities in the forex financial company. 


Position: Marketing Specialist (Malay, Mandarin or Tamil)

Location: Remote from Malaysia, Thailand or Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela)

Contract: 6 months FTC

Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, and helping identify target audiences in the region.
•  Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including but not limited to digital channel developments, events, KOL, community, and partnership. 
•  Contribute to social media and content calendars by joining in the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc. in regional native languages.
•  Ensure that regular web content updates are performed and checking content for accuracy and consistency.
•  Identify industrial forums, communities and affiliate sites, and create contents on these mediums on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are delivered to a high standard, across a range of digital channels, within the deadline. 
•  Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns.
•  Stay up-to-date with social media and marketing trends and best practices. 
•  Other tasks will be assigned by direct manager.

DUTIES

• Native or fluent in Malay, Mandarin or Tamil and English (B2)

•  1.5+ years relevant work experience in marketing coordinator, marketing executive or similar role. Having FX/Crypto/Financial business 
• Experience is a must.
•  Knowledge in various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software and best practices, including social, digital, email marketing and  offline event.
•  Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram & WhatsApp.
•  Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
•  Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
