Materials Administrator

The Materials Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support to groups in the Materials Management organization. The Warehouse Operator plays a hands-on role in supporting the daily flow of materials within the warehouse environment. This position is centered on active, floor-based operations and requires sustained physical effort throughout the shift. Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, moving inventory to appropriate storage areas, staging materials for outbound distribution, and ensuring products are handled efficiently and securely. The role involves working in a fast-paced setting where productivity, accuracy, and safety are equally important. Warehouse Operators are expected to maintain organized storage areas, assist with order fulfillment, and support overall operational needs as volumes fluctuate. They regularly handle a high volume of materials and may use material handling equipment to complete tasks effectively.
