As Mid Level Merchant Performance Analyst, your mission will be proactively monitor and provide the best performance for the merchant.

You will also be responsible for:

• Monitoring KPIs, such as, payment approval rate, chargeback rate, refund rate;


• Suggesting and leading improvement projects;


• Deep analysis of data, graphs, and spreadsheets;


• Participating in regular meetings with merchants and presenting performance;


• Producing presentations with key performance indicators;


• Constantly interacting with other EBANX areas to resolve issues.


• Presenting performance and suggesting ways to enhance the approval

Main requirements for this position:

• Reading, understanding, and analyzing data;


• Experience with SQL and Queries;


• Fluency in English.
