Job Summary:

We are building a new mobile team to lead the rebuild of our React Native application for iOS and Android. This role plays a vital part in improving application performance, maintaining high-quality code, and mentoring junior developers within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced features using React Native for iOS and Android mobile platforms
• Refactor and enhance existing codebases to improve performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to ensure smooth user experiences
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members
• Contribute to the improvement of development workflows and apply industry best practices

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile development, specifically with React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, and design principles
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code
• Experience with API integration and tools such as Postman
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with mentoring experience preferred
