Mid-Level Health Administrative Analyst

 Patient Service & Relationship Management

• Registering new patients for lab tests and sample collection

• Multichannel support: phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person service

• Providing information about exams, insurance coverage, and scheduling

• Requesting exam authorizations from health insurance providers

• Preparing price quotes and cost estimates for medical exams

Operational & Logistics Management

• Scheduling exams for private patients and those with insurance coverage

• Managing collection schedules and coordinating the nursing team’s shifts

• Supporting logistics of test kits (e.g., swabs) and material shipments

• Managing access control and assisting front desk operations

Billing & Financial Administration

• Handling billing for both private patients and insurance companies

• Coding and entering medical claim forms in compliance with TISS/TUSS standards

• Issuing electronic invoices (NF-e) for individuals, insurers, and partners

• Managing denial appeals (glosas) and tracking accounts receivable

• Pre-billing activities and document verification

• Setting up new contracts in the system (Matrix)

• Organizing and maintaining regulatory and operational documentation
