Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our new React Native mobile application. This role will focus on architecting scalable solutions, mentoring the development team, and aligning mobile initiatives with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop high-performance mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
• Establish coding standards, workflows, and best practices across the team
• Conduct code reviews and provide ongoing technical mentorship
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape features and delivery timelines
• Identify technical risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee DevOps implementation, including CI/CD and automation pipelines
• Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile development, including React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and testing methodologies
• Proven experience leading teams or mentoring developers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to align technical strategies with broader business objectives
• Familiarity with app store guidelines, deployment processes, and performance monitoring tools
