This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Netsuite Implementation Consultant in Brazil.
This role is focused on delivering end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementation projects for clients undergoing digital transformation and operational scaling. You will act as a key advisor in translating business requirements into functional system configurations, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices and client needs. The position involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and design optimized ERP solutions using SuiteSuccess methodology. You will also play a critical role in system configuration, data migration strategy, testing cycles, and go-live support. Operating in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will contribute to high-impact projects across diverse industries and international contexts. Accountabilities:
- Lead business process analysis (fit/gap) sessions with clients to understand operational needs and define solution requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional NetSuite solutions aligned with best practices and SuiteSuccess methodology.
- Configure and customize NetSuite systems, including Financial First Standard and Premium implementations.
- Support localization projects (e.g., BRHUB and Brazil localization requirements) to ensure compliance and operational fit.
- Define and support data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of transferred information.
- Prepare functional specifications for integrations and development activities.
- Support testing cycles, including SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Assist in go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization to ensure successful adoption.
- Produce functional documentation and deliver end-user training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven functional experience with Oracle NetSuite in implementation and/or support projects.
- Experience working with SuiteSuccess methodology.
- Strong ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and propose structured functional solutions.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects with end-to-end delivery exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset.
- Ability to document functional specifications and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
- Nice to have: experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft.
- Nice to have: knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0).
- Nice to have: NetSuite certifications (Foundation, ERP Consultant, or equivalent).
- Nice to have: experience in international or multicultural project environments.
- Nice to have: fluent English communication skills.
