Network Engineer

Extensive 5G RF optimization hands-on experience with Nokia RAN solutions in live environments. Proven track record in network optimization and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and with global teams. Experience with Nokia optimization tools like NetAct, ENM, EdenNet. Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, Telecom) or a related field. Basic computer skills (hardware/software, security, etc.). Teamwork, communication, and presentation skills. Experience using network performance analysis tools. Proficiency in English. Understanding of cellular network architecture, standards, interfaces, and QoS. Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude. Creative and innovative mindset. Knowledge of SQL Server/MySQL, R, BI, VBA, Excel.
