Playtech’s São Paulo Office / Studio is looking for a proactive Office Administrator with excellent organizational and communication skills to support the smooth running of our local operations.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure the São Paulo studio runs efficiently.
• Manage relationships with service providers and contractors (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security).
• Coordinate facility-related tasks including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics.
• Assist in managing contracts and service agreements.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, including occasional out-of-hours support.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments on people-related matters and office events.

Components for success. You...

• Bring 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Facility Manager or similar role.
• Are fluent in Portuguese and have intermediate English skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
• Thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, proactive, and open-minded attitude.
• Have experience in contract and service management.
