We are seeking an Order to Cash (OTC)Manager to join our team in São Paulo, responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to credit and collection processes, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and financial operations. This professional will play a key role in analyzing financial market trends, supporting strategic decisions regarding fundraising and resource investment.
Manage and monitor the execution of credit, collection, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and financial operations, ensuring efficiency and full compliance with internal policies.
Monitor and analyze financial market trends to support decisions on fundraising or resource allocation, always seeking the best returns and financial security for the company.
Oversee all banking activities and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate guidelines.
Lead cash flow planning, control, and analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and anticipating liquidity needs.
Implement and review policies and procedures for accounts payable and receivable, promoting standardization and best practices.
Lead the process of sourcing financial resources in the market, negotiating the best terms and interest rates available.
Work proactively with other departments to ensure business goals are met, solve pending issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, following up until final resolution.
Negotiate bank fees, vehicle insurance, and other charges, always aiming to minimize financial transaction costs.
Ensure the subsidiary’s financing structure is compliant with group guidelines and policies.
What will you need to be successful?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Professional Experience
At least 5 years’ proven experience in similar roles, preferably in medium or large companies.
Fluency in English.
Competencies:
Strong experience in banking relations, negotiation techniques, and financial mathematics.
Advanced knowledge of financial control tools and ERP systems is a plus.
Leadership and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
High level of organization, flexibility, and proactivity to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
Results-driven, strategic vision, and business-oriented mindset.
