Trinatracker, a dynamic company within the global leader Trinasolar, is seeking a passionate Overseas Buyer to join our growing team in Salvador. In this crucial role, you'll play a vital part in our mission to deliver high-quality solar trackers at the right time and cost.
What You'll Do:
- Source and secure raw materials (including MRO) for our solar trackers.
- Issue purchase orders efficiently, ensuring they align with project requirements.
- Manage the order release process, tracking deliveries and guaranteeing on-time fulfillment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and manage returns/exchanges.
- Oversee the payment process, including supplier reconciliation and progress payments.
- Monitor project progress based on supplier production and delivery plans.
- Show initiative in identifying and addressing emerging needs within the team.
