P&O Generalist

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Training and Development initiatives, identify training needs, and manage the department's budget.
• Manage Recruitment and Selection processes, meeting the hiring needs of the departments within established deadlines.
• Develop and implement initiatives focused on organizational climate, employee well-being, engagement, and talent retention.
• Monitor HR indicators and prepare management reports to support decision-making.
• Manage the Internship and Young Apprentice Programs, overseeing admission, onboarding, and development processes.
• Manage the onboarding of third-party workers and service providers, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and mandatory training.
• Develop and update job descriptions, internal policies, and documents related to people management.
• Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and certification requirements.
• Partner with leaders and other departments to support people management and the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management Processes, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Language: Intermediate English proficiency.
• Technical Skills: Experience in HR processes, particularly Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, HR indicators, budget management, and employee development programs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of management systems and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949:2016 standards, as well as experience with the Oracle HCM system.
