This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Alliances Manager based in Brazil.


This role plays a key part in expanding and strengthening a global partner ecosystem by building high-impact strategic alliances across priority markets. You will operate at the intersection of channel sales, business development, and partner management, driving revenue growth through resellers, system integrators, consulting firms, and strategic partners. Working closely with internal sales and cross-functional teams, you will identify, recruit, onboard, and enable partners to accelerate joint go-to-market success. The position requires a strong balance of relationship-building, commercial execution, and structured partner program management. You will also contribute directly to bid and proposal activities in complex enterprise and public sector environments. This is a highly collaborative, international role focused on scaling long-term partner-driven growth.


Accountabilities:



  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners across assigned territories to expand market reach and pipeline generation.

  • Develop and execute partner-led sales strategies in close collaboration with internal sales teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting firms, and other ecosystem partners.

  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives including campaigns, events, and business development activities.

  • Coordinate partner involvement in bid and proposal processes, ensuring timely submission of required documentation, pricing, and compliance materials.

  • Monitor partner performance, track opportunities, and identify areas for revenue expansion and improved engagement.

  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance standards, and partner management processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and product-related functions.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliance management, or enterprise business development roles.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing partner ecosystems within software, technology, or enterprise organizations.

  • Strong experience driving revenue through indirect sales channels and joint partner opportunities.

  • Exposure to public sector opportunities is highly desirable, particularly within international or government-related contexts.

  • Familiarity with donor-funded projects and multilateral development organizations is a strong asset.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, international settings.

  • Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
