This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Consultora Bilíngue (ESPANHOL) based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote commercial opportunity focused on expanding educational partnerships across Spanish-speaking markets.
You will support the full commercial journey, from prospecting new schools to nurturing opportunities and supporting negotiations.
The role combines consultative communication, relationship building, presentations, and structured opportunity management.
You will engage directly with educational institutions, understanding their needs and adapting solutions to their specific contexts.
Your work will contribute to building long-term partnerships and expanding access to an innovative educational experience.

Accountabilities
- Support the commercial journey with schools and educational institutions across Spanish-speaking countries, from prospecting through negotiation follow-up.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partner schools.
- Conduct meetings and presentations through different communication channels, clearly presenting educational solutions and adapting the approach to each institution’s reality.
- Understand prospects’ needs and establish strong, trust-based relationships throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Monitor the progress of commercial opportunities and support negotiations to help move prospects toward partnership.
- Collaborate with the internationalization team to strengthen partnerships and contribute to the expansion of the organization’s educational impact.
- Deliver a positive and engaging experience to schools throughout the commercial journey.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with different stakeholders.
- Curious, organized, proactive, and eager-to-learn profile.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with an appropriate home-office setup and reliable connectivity.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong interest in customer relationships, consultative communication, and creating positive experiences.
- Desirable: previous experience in consultative sales, prospecting, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Desirable: experience working with CRM platforms.
- Desirable: interest in education, innovation, and social impact.
