This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora Front End React Sênior in Brazil.

You will work within multidisciplinary squads, building modern, scalable, and user-centric web applications that directly support business and product goals. The position involves close collaboration with UX/UI, backend, QA, and product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. You will play a key role in defining frontend architecture, ensuring performance, accessibility, and code quality across applications. Beyond execution, this role also involves technical leadership, mentoring other developers, and actively contributing to architectural decisions. Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js (when applicable), ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across solutions.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces aligned with UX/UI standards and business needs.
- Design and implement reusable components following clean code principles and solid frontend architecture practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure application quality through automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and strong version control practices (Git/GitFlow).
- Participate in technical decision-making, code reviews, and agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives, and reviews).
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers, supporting technical growth and promoting engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience (5+ years) in frontend development using React.js in production environments.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Solid experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong background in automated testing using tools such as Jest, Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (GitFlow or similar).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in agile, multidisciplinary teams with strong communication skills.
- Experience with Next.js and SSR/SSG is a plus.
- Knowledge of Design Systems and Storybook is a strong differential.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable architectures is a plus.
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban) is desirable.
