Accountabilities:
The Senior Front-End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving digital applications while ensuring technical quality, maintainability, and a great user experience. The main responsibilities include:
- Developing web and mobile applications using modern front-end technologies, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and reusable components.
- Creating intuitive and high-quality user experiences through efficient and well-structured front-end solutions.
- Reviewing code developed by team members and contributing to technical improvements and best practices.
- Participating in technical specifications and architecture discussions for new features.
- Ensuring software quality through unit tests, integration tests, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
- Using AI-powered development tools such as Claude and Copilot to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and solve technical challenges autonomously.
- Contributing ideas, improvements, and technical recommendations throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development experience, excellent engineering fundamentals, and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Strong experience with React development.
- Solid knowledge of React Hooks and Custom Hooks.
- Advanced JavaScript knowledge, including asynchronous programming and API consumption.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience implementing unit and integration tests.
- Ability to develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Experience participating in technical discussions and feature design processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Ownership mindset and commitment to solving customer challenges.
- Curiosity, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within engineering teams.
- Desirable: Experience with Flutter.
- Desirable: Experience with TypeScript.
- Desirable: Experience with Material UI and global state management solutions.
- Desirable: Experience with AI Engineering practices, including LLM usage, prompt engineering, AI agents, and tools such as Claude Code applied to software development.
