This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Developer (.NET and React) based in Brazil.
This role is an opportunity to work on the development of scalable digital solutions for large and complex organizations, contributing directly to the evolution of modern, high-impact products. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams that combine engineering, design, data, and agile practices to build robust and user-centric applications. The position involves both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and clean architecture principles. You will collaborate closely with UX, backend, and frontend teams to design and implement effective technical solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, transparent, and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on continuous learning and technical excellence. Your work will directly support the delivery of digital experiences used by major national and international companies.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using the .NET platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Build and evolve new systems and features across full stack applications, including React-based frontends.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with UX, backend, and frontend teams to define and implement technical solutions.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Support the maintenance and evolution of existing systems in production environments.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to development standards.
- Work within agile frameworks (Scrum), contributing to sprint planning and delivery cycles.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with .NET and .NET Core development.
- Solid knowledge of React.js for frontend development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
- Knowledge of ORM tools such as Entity Framework, NHibernate, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile environments, especially Scrum.
- Solid experience with unit testing and software quality practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns such as DDD, MVC, and Clean Architecture.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality and performance.
- Experience in distributed systems or large-scale applications is a plus.
- Nice to have: DevOps practices, CI/CD, microservices architecture, GraphQL, and automated testing.
